FAQ's

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped out Monday – Thursday only (excluding Australian Public Holidays).

We aim to have all orders shipped as soon as possible.

All orders placed Mon – Thursday morning will be sent within 24 hours.

Orders places from Thursday afternoon – Sunday will be sent on Monday.

Please note that during sale and promotional periods, orders may
take an additional 2-4 business days to arrive.

What are the shipping fees?

All Australian orders are shipped by Australia post. 

Free shipping on orders over $80

Under $80   - $7.90 standard shipping

Express  - $9 available on all orders

What are the delivery timelines?

The estimated shipping time for your order will depend on which
shipping option you have selected:

All orders are shipped from Victoria

Standard Shipping: All states except WA 3-5 days, WA order 4-9
days

Express Shipping: 1-2 days, WA order 2-4 days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping
notification via email with tracking details.

How will my order be packaged?

Each piece comes in a branded eco-friendly cotton drawstring
pouch.

All orders are sent in a Jolie & Deen box to protect your
items in shipping. We will pack orders in a minimum number of boxes to save on
wastage. Extra gift boxes can be purchased at the checkout if you require
individual boxes.

Can I wearmy jewellery in the shower?

Our sterling silver range can be worn in the shower and will
tolerate some water exposure.

If you keep your earrings in 24/7 you may notice some discolouring
on the earring post due to oxidisation.

We don’t recommend wearing our costume jewellery in water as it
will lessen the lifespan of the plating.

What is the return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This is available online only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@jolieanddeen.com.au. If your return is accepted,
we will send instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items are sent back at the cost of the customer unless goods are faulty.

Can I cancelor update my order? or change my shipping address?

As our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee we will be able to cancel or update your order upon request. Please reach out via email customercare@jolieanddeen.com.au and we will do our best to support you.

Can I purchase online internationally?

We can ship to New Zealand, please email customercare@jolieanddeen.com.au to order.
